Northshire Bookstore Review Reviewed By... Karen Thomson
This is great cookbook for simple but elegant food. The chapter on sandwiches will make your mouth water and any are worth the try! Looking for a new approach for fixing salmon? You can't miss with the "Salmon & Ginger Cakes" on page 118. Fix the "Fruit and Nut Maple Granola" on page 24 and Vermont memories will only be a taste away.
